At CDCR Exposed, we empower staff to investigate and report retaliation and serious misconduct by administrators, ensuring a safer and more accountable workplace for everyone involved. We help you prepare your report to be professional, organized, and clear. Additionally, we allow you to report the misconduct to other channels; CCPOA and CCSO will not. Additionally, the Office of The Inspector General (OIG) monitors misconduct on a continual basis which is actually helping Officers!

Stand Up Against Retaliation

Our mission is to support individuals facing retaliation and misconduct, providing the necessary tools and guidance to address these serious issues effectively and professionally. Additionally, we anonymously put these administrators on blast through our site, social media, and all other avenues to ensure that certain administrators' patterns of retaliation can be exposed. For example, most administrators work at various prisons. Each prison has separate cases and allegations, but there has been no way to connect the behavior to the administrator until now. We actively map and track allegations against administrators and make them public historical events, so there is no more "sweeping it under the rug."
